We personally enjoyed their ambience very much. This elegant restaurant provides an authentic setting for an exquisite epicurean journey. Comfy sofas with modern wooden touches everywhere and they even have outdoor seating.
We were served the Ebisu Special Course Menu (RM450). Patrons may opt for this set menu or choose to have their ala carte as well if you don’t feel like having too many dishes.
Starter: Chilled sesame curd & simmered spinach with bonito sauce
Soup: Clear Broth with prawn, sea bream & chicken in tea pot
Raw Fish: Salmon trout, yellow tail & sweet prawn
Steamed Dish: Ebisu Chawanmushi topped with Uni, Ikura & Crab Sauce
Grilled Dish: Teppanyaki grilled seafood trio (cod fish, prawns, scallops)
Rice: Wagyu fried rice served with miso soup
Dessert: Ice Cream Trio (green tea, goma & yuzu)
