Good news for couples or even friends! *wink wink*

As Ishin have came up with a “Romantic Dinner for 2” that include Appetizers, Entrees & Desserts (5 Course + Dessert)

14 February 2017
RM298 nett per couple

1st Course
Yuzu Cocktail
Slice Lobster Carpaccio with Dressing
Such a great combination with a sip of the Yuzu that is zesty, aromatic, subtle & grabbing another bite of chewy and meaty lobster. What a refreshing start!

2nd Course
Hokkaido King Crab Miso Creamy Soup
What a beautiful rich flavour each ingredient has and that’s what really is needed to make this beautiful soup, not much else!

3rd Course
Aburi Sashimi – Japanese Fresh Maguro, Kampachi & Hokkaido Scallop
I love sashimis and these trio of ingredients was resented beautifully on point and no doubt on the freshness of course!

4th Course
Pan Fried Duck Liver & Duck Breast with Homemade sauce
Tender meat, aromatic flavours and buttery texture from the liver had made this dish so fulfilling.

5th Course
Fried Pasta with Cod Fish topped with Sujiko
Definitely will be stuffed with this oriental taste pasta which was al dente & the cod fish was so fresh and has a delicate texture. Oishii!

Special Dessert
A dessert for 2, made up of some deconstructed ice cream & berries.

Not in the Valentine’s Menu:
We had an additional order of Ishin’s Water Mochi
This is by far the best I’ve had by far in Malaysia. Haha
Look at these wobbly raindrops. It is made from gyuhi (a softer variety of mochi), served with kinako soy bean powder (roasted soya bean powder) & eaten with brown sugar syrup over it.
