“Freshly baked breads from scratch daily”
Yes, you read them well.
Owned by a loving couple who named this cosy little cafe that is nestled seconds away from the Bangsar Village II after their son Ted boy, their daily bakes uses no preservatives in their bread. For us, it was indeed a wholesome entry as they offer fresh bread & pastries. I just love peeping into their shop through their glass window overlooking those fresh loaves on the shelves and cakes each time my girls and I passed by.
However, we have always thought Tedboy bakery offers just bread & cakes like any other bakeries in town. Never did we know that they also offer a dine in & take away menu. From breakfast. gourmet sandwiches, burgers, salads, pizzas and also pastas during dinner time, Tedboy have it.
Another plus point from this Telawi cafe?
They also serves Bristot coffee, Gryphon Tea and our Fiber Mania Juices
Chris and I were dating over brunch, hence we ordered their Breakfast Special
Assorted Toast with Jam & Butter Spread – RM6.00
Daily assorted toast served with their homemade jam & butter
I personally love their bread. Fluffy on the inside and crispy outside.
English Breakfast – RM18.00
What’s a hearty breakfast without a Big breakfast?
Hearty breakfast with a choice of beef/ turkey bacon, chicken sausage, scrambled eggs on toast, mushrooms, grilled tomato and baked beans
Simply love their chicken sausage especially as it was well flavoured.
However, when it comes to breakfast set, we still love Antipodean
Cappuccino – RM8.90
Chris was kinda disappointed with their Cappuccino actually, but their Latte was alright.
Latte – RM8.90
All of Tedboy Bakery’s unsold bread are donated to the orphanage, old folks home and homeless daily.
