Instead of bustling retail therapy, Ivy and I decided to go for a quiet afternoon session, enjoying our few hours moment being pampered with premium teas and desserts.

At the Pavilions Lounge, you can enjoy an array of afternoon delights.
The Afternoon Tea offers a selection of “all-you-can-eat” cakes, scones and other petit fours accompanied by TWG tea and any other selections of coffee for RM38++ per person.

Since it was a weekday, we were like the only customer at the lounge and this added a dash of sophistication, as if we booked the whole area and owned all the sweet treats!
Well, they may not be the best desserts around town, but for the affordable price (thanks to Starwood) and the sophisticated comfy ambiance, we wouldn’t complain. With delicate and aromatic TWG Tea especially, we’re very happy patrons.
The Pavilions Lounge offer a variety of TWG Tea blends which include Grand Wedding, Alexandria, Creme Caramel, French Earl Grey, Jasmine Queen, English Breakfast, Chamomile. We went for the Grand Wedding and Alexandria.
If you like a fruity blend, the Grand Wedding would be a good choice as it’s aroma is stronger comprising exotic fruits. Our order of Alexandria was bagged with flavours of mint and Mediterranean spices.

The array of delicate desserts look awesome! I’d say women cannot live without their sweets :p The ambience looks great and the pricing isn’t too bad.. usually high teas can be pretty expensive. Thanks for sharing!
