We love these claypot rice here as the rice were cooked to the right degree without being burn to crisp near the bottom of the claypot 😉 Meat and gravy infused well into the rice which made them even tastier when blend together.

    Drunken chicken is cooked with chinese rice wine. Very aromatic.
