I’ve not been to Uncle Chilli’s.
And I don’t even know it was establish for quite sometime. Shoot!
The juicy bits: It has been refurbished into a modern retro hang-out venue merging exclusive dining and bar functions. Composing of private dining areas, bar, dance floor and also cigar lounge, patrons get to enjoy the best of both worlds. The place where u belong; quoted Uncle Chilli’s.
It was a great pleasure when Fratmustard, Lisa and the Qguides invited us over to sample their new dinner menu. Had fun dining with these friendly people, and also KampungboyCitygal & PureGlutton. Thanks to Lyrical Lemongrass too

This is an introductory offer to their new ala carte menu. Order 3 items and get the lower priced item for free! This offer is valid until 15 March 2010 (available from Monday till Saturday – dinner only. FYI, this is only applicable for a maximum party of ten diners.
Menu scrutinized. Spoilt with choices. It could be tough when it comes to decision making on which to order. However, we were lucky, as our dinner was arranged accordingly, loaded with a 4 course dinner plus 2 additional giant-sized burgers.

Appetizer
Classic Caesar – Crispy romaine leaves served with poached egg, turkey bacon bits and parmesan shavings.
Chris and I nodded at each other while having this, which sums up the deliciousness. Just love the hint of saltiness from the bacon strips that paired up to the right degree with the egg and leaves.
Soup
Crab bisque
A rich soup with rich essence of my fave crustacean. I cleaned the bowl.
Main Course
Uncle Chili’s Burger accompanied by guacamole and spicy salsa.
It was huge & this is meant for one person. No joke. Our advise is: Share this. please. Perhaps we put a high expectation on it, we don’t really fancy it after all. Thick-cut chicken meat (you could opt for beef as well) with Bacon and Fried Egg. We find it too salty sadly 
with little Frat behind
Simmered Roulade of Sea Bass with pico pico and pommes puree.
Braised Lam Shank with onion confit & sunny side
Dessert
Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée & Healthy Granola Parfait

Oh… no worries….. I hv not been to PJ Hilton too… but I know U.chilis has been there for a long long time… a decade?? It used to be many people favourite place…
and these people had turn into uncle aunty already…..

I used to go to Uncle Chilli's when you guys were still in your diapers.
