Apollo Dining @ Bangsar

Cross-cultural culinary mash-ups have come a long way. Yet, authenticity remains elusive at gourmet restaurants, which led us to seek out dishes created by great chefs. The manipulation of ingredients, techniques and culinary know-how are top rate at the restaurants like Apollo Dining, where East and West are fused plausibly and the results should be acceptable to even the pickiest gourmet.

The staffs weren’t very attentive but thanks to their food and ambiance, it was generally forgiven.
