craftsmanship by Chef Phillippe Murray Dominic, giving the French menu
a modern twist!


The highlight, offered New Year’s Eve: 31st December 2018 and New Year’s Day: 1st Jan 2019, is the NYE 4-Course Menu: available for Lunch & Dinner.


Savour exquisite and contemporary modern French cuisine at 2OX, where
four tempting and beautifully plated courses will be served, with an Amuse Bouche comprising Winter Truffle & Yucon Gold Espuma on Confit Leeks and adorned with Walnut Crumble. Followed by a refreshing serving of appetizer – Cured & torched local Tuna with compressed apples, shaved fennel bulb, roasted shallots & Beurre Blanc emulsion.

Wine lovers have the option of taking the dining experience to the next level by upgrading it to the wine pairing menu – a prestigious choice that is perfect to sip while experiencing 2OX’s ambiance. For guests who chose wine pairing, the menu comes with a 3 different wines to pair with your appetizer, main course and dessert as well.

For main course, guest can choose between 2OX’s popular Josper Grilled
Grass Fed Aussie Tenderloin with Sauce Bordelaise, served on side with
Pumpkin & Pine Nut Tart
. Or a Baked Barramundi Fillet with Josper grilled native Pineapple, drizzled with Sauce a la Asian.
