As a mom, I always believe that play is one of the main ways in which children learn. Especially after having Mini C, I felt this importance has grown. Mini C is not a classroom type person in which he likes activities more than just sitting down. Through play, it helps to build self worth by giving a child a sense of his or her own abilities and to feel good about themselves. Because it’s fun, they often become very absorbed in what they are doing. In turn, this helps them develop the ability to concentrate!
It’s important that learning is fun at this age. It needs to be about doing things with them that they like. They might find unusual ways of doing things – for a toddler, building blocks aren’t just for making towers, and paint can be used without a brush! Show them how things work, but if they want to experiment, let them.

We visited the Kiddomo Universe to experience this Future Playland recently.

Bounce and play with illuminated giant balls. It changes colours as we moved. So pretty and interactive.
Toon Planet
They kids enjoyed this section very much too. They can build their own city by filling it up with colourful cars, buses, hot air balloons and even spaceships.
Mini C coloured a ship, scanned it and it appears on the river of the town!
After that we proceeded to another station to print his artwork out in which they could build it into a 3D vehicle! So impressive.
Luna Slider
It was fun sliding through a kaleidoscope of shapes & stars! Mini C loves slide and he was very excited with this. While I sorta screamed as I slide down as it was so fast! LOL

Ocean Alive
Where they get to colour their favourite sea creatures, scan it and they will also appear on the screen! They come live in animated 3D! How cute.
