#whatPapaCcooks: How to make Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs can be one of the most fantastic, luxurious breakfasts around if you remember a few key things: using fresh eggs and good-quality butter, and always keep the eggs moving slowly over a low-medium heat.
Do this and you’ll get luscious, buttery, creamy scrambled eggs every time!

Papa C said the easiest thing may turn out to be hardest to cook! Which I agree cos I can’t make perfect scrambled eggs – tuned out like a deconstructed omelette instead. Haha.

We were on a short holiday with our family and rented a house for a getaway. With only one induction cooker, he whipped up a great breakfast for us all. And best of all, using the Chefology Nature Frying Pan, the pan works as well on induction cooktops.

4. Turn on the fire, cut a knob of butter & melt it on a pan over low-medium heat.

8. Continue stirring, bringing in all the mixture from the edges of the pan.
9. Your eggs are ready when they look silky and slightly runny (they’ll continue to cook a little even after you’ve removed them from the heat).
10. Grind in more black pepper for garnishing.
11. You may add cooked baby tomatoes on top for more garnishing too!
