Ojo de Bife
Grilled Argentine Rib Eye, Chips provenzal, Chimichurri
Paired with Argentine Red Wine (Luigi Bosca Malbec 2015)
One generous piece of wonder all the way from Argentina, full of marbling fat which gives it tons of flavour. It’s a whacking great big chunky steak and comes from the best cut of the rib section – incredibly tender and juicy. I couldn’t finish though! It was huge.
