The Forking Cork, a wine & whisky restaurant bar that is named cheekily for laughs, however with serious vision to provide a comfort zone for their patrons. A cosy space for entrepreneurs, business people to get connected under their roof over comfort food, wine & other booze. Nonetheless, it’s also catered for casual social purposes of course – like just to chill and hang our after work in the neighbourhood without needing to sardine with other people in the city.
One can hang out at the bar area chit-chatting with the host of the day, laze on their sofa twirling your wine glass while snacking away or even do the ritual wine & dine!
Their food menu is straightforward & there’s no menu for wine!
How to choose?
Just take a step into their wine cellar for yourself. You can carefully choose (or perhaps ask the staffs to recommend). From a range of old world wines to new world wines, they are decently priced as well. Unless you want to check out their vintage bottles which can go up to thousands!
Foodwise, generally no complains & we would personally recommend their Pan Seared Norwegian Salmon with Avocado Lemon Cream Sauce & Pan Seared Avocado Stuffed Chicken Wrapped in Bacon 🙂

Love this the most among all dishes. Salmon nicely seared & the mash tasted awesome – creamy & tasty.

Snacks is a must as we stayed longer for drinks and chitter-chatters after our meal.
