Claypot Loh Shu Fun (Silver Needle Noodles)
Here’s their star and signature dish. Unlike any other claypot loh shu fun which is cooked with black sauce, their version is infused with a lighter broth, almost a braised version. A very thick concoction of egg-y sauce, the tasty broth is loaded with minced pork & dried prawns that gave the extra crispy texture. Recommended dish to order.
Braised Yee Mee with Fresh Water Prawns
A very enriching and filling dish. Prawns were fresh and they went really well with the starchy gravy.
Stir fry Clams (La la) with Garlic & Chili Padi
Loaded with “wok hei” definitely. The garlic & chili padi generated the extra tasty kick. This will never go wrong.
The succulent ribs was wrapped in the aluminium foil for preserved heat. Cooked with a sweet and sourish tangy sauce, it was definitely a friendly companion with the rice.
Braised with lots of herbs, the half chicken was well infused with the savoury taste & sensational aroma.
The gems in the middle was great but it was spoilt by the yam basket unfortunately. The yam was over deep fried & oily.
